6/9 Update: Chapter 4 added

Have finally got the bulk of the work for Chapter 4 done, I still need to make the maps dark and then add some kind of lighting.  This is a large update.

*  Chapter 4 added

*  Reduced MP by 3 across the board for all characters.

*  Slightly increased the stats of a few enemies.

*  Reduced the power of the Air spell Gust slightly (it was set too high).

*  Fixed a bug in Chapter 1 that may have prevented its completion.

*  (6/10 fix)  Stat reductions now have a minimum of 1, including Poison (so Poison no longer kills by itself).

*  A few other minor changes/fixes.
