9/12 Update: New Item Graphics

This update includes the equipment and potion graphics made by an artist I commissioned to do so, as well as some general fixes of things I found while putting those in.

*  New graphics for all equipment and potions.  A few items have had their names changed, as the previous ones were placeholders.

*  Chapter 4 had some chests which gave no reward or 2 rewards, these have all been fixed.

*  Text errors regarding Wooden/Leather Shield in Chapter 1, have all been fixed.

*  Removed "Character Hud" from NPC's in the Windmill and Rainbow Outpost maps, should improve frame rate on these 2 maps.
