6/23 Update: Formula Changes and Bug Fixes


This is a pretty significant update which overhauls a few formulas and fixes some bugs with stat progression, among other changes.  This should improve overall gameplay a bit.

*  Changed initiative formula to finally be accurate even with high agility variance at low levels.

*  Increased physical evade slightly (it's now half of magic evade's baseline and max)

*  Changed buff/debuff spells from stat based to "damage reduction/initiative" based.  This provides a set % difference instead of the large variance stats could cause.

*  Changed agility progression to match the other stats.

*  Lowered the random stats gained each level from 5 HP/4 MP/3 other stats, to 4/3/2.  

*  Fixed the current HP/MP increases on level up to accurately reflect the amount gained.

*  Fixed the bug where Air did not gain any random stats per level.

*  Increased enemy Agility a little to balance the increased Agility progression on player characters.

*  Increased enemy stats slightly to balance the previous HP/MP changes.

*  Added 3 new hidden stats (DmgRed, MDmgRed, and Initiative), which are used for buff/debuff spells.

**  Coming soon:  resistances affecting buff/debuff spells (this is going to be a pain to script, so putting it off, and right now it would be a very very minor effect on gameplay).
