4/5 Update: Minor Fixes

** The error messages when using all of an item then trying to use another item has been fixed.

** Entering the Forbidden Cave now requires talking to the Outpost Commander, and a "Can't save in caves" warning is now on that entrance.

** The hidden shield outside the Outpost should now be easier to find/dialogue for this is improved.

** Have reduced random encounter probability after 2 battles on same map, and increased the probability for Seal maps only.

** Outpost Commander quest objectives/dialogue has been fixed.

** Sword name was changed to Long Sword to eliminate confusion.
